Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

The Human Resources Business Partner will define and execute the local HR strategy in Turkey, supporting managers on all HR matters and ensuring alignment with group policies.

Key responsibilities

• Set up local HR strategy, salary scheme and benefit system in line with Group policy.
• Partner with managers on employee management, communication, motivation and performance.
• Lead transparent hiring processes from selection to onboarding.
• Oversee employee administration, policy alignment with Turkish labour law, and implementation of global HR policies.
• Collaborate with HR colleagues across EMEA to ensure a unified ‘One HR’ approach.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business or related field.
• 1‑3 years experience as an HR Business Partner in an international, unionized manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish remuneration practices, employment law and union negotiations.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to act as a role model for company values.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS systems such as Oracle, Workday or SuccessFactors.
• Advanced MS Office skills.
