Human Resources Business Partner

About the role

Join the HUGO BOSS Human Resources team in Izmir as a Business Partner, driving employee experience, compliance and talent development.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct field work, surveys and analyses to improve employee experience and translate insights into actions.
• Manage labor law, legal compliance and disciplinary processes within the assigned scope.
• Track, analyse and report turnover, absenteeism and other core HR metrics on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
• Support the development and implementation of performance, career and motivation processes.
• Participate in projects to enhance HR KPIs, systems and processes.

Required profile

• Graduate in Economics, Administrative Sciences, Psychology, Industrial Engineering or related fields.
• Experience with personnel administration, labor law and related regulations, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
• Proficient in written and spoken English.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with diverse employee groups and stakeholders.
