About the role
We are looking for an HR Generalist to join the Human Resources team at FPS, supporting a wide range of HR processes and projects across talent acquisition, performance management, learning & development and employee engagement.
Key responsibilities
- Research and share best practices with the HR Chief and Coordinator, and help coordinate global HR practices.
- Support core HR processes including recruitment, performance management, career planning, learning & development, talent management, compensation and benefits.
- Contribute to the preparation and development of HR policies and procedures across different functions.
- Provide operational support for HR documentation and employee‑related processes, ensuring timely follow‑up.
Required profile
- 4–6 years of HR experience, preferably in a large‑scale organization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field (preferred).
- Good knowledge of HR policies, procedures and labour legislation.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
