Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will lead the HR function, aligning people strategy with business objectives in a fast‑paced, guest‑focused environment. This senior role combines strategic leadership with hands‑on operational execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement HR strategy, workforce planning and seasonal staffing models.
• Lead annual HR budget preparation, monitor labour costs and recommend cost‑efficiency actions.
• Analyse HR data, produce management reports and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
• Oversee recruitment, talent management, succession planning, performance management and employee development.
• Design and execute employee engagement, culture and experience initiatives and measure their impact.
• Manage employee relations, ensure compliance with Turkish Labour Law and mitigate workforce risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or related field.
• 8–10 years of progressive HR experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong knowledge of Turkish Labour Law and contemporary people‑management practices.
• Proven ability to build effective partnerships with senior management and operational teams.
• Experience in luxury hospitality, hotels, resorts or related entertainment sectors is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal).
• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using Human Resources information systems.
