Human Resources & Procurement Specialist

About the role

Elis Kozmetik, the exclusive distributor of Wella Professional Products in Turkey, is looking for a dynamic professional to lead both human resources and procurement functions from its headquarters in Ataşehir, Istanbul. The role combines talent acquisition, employee administration, and supplier management to support the company’s growth in the beauty sector.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle: source candidates on platforms such as Kariyer.net and LinkedIn, screen, interview, and handle offer negotiations.
• Maintain accurate personnel files, track attendance, leave, and time records, and generate HR reports.
• Evaluate purchasing requests, obtain supplier quotations, and conduct price‑quality analyses.
• Develop and maintain supplier relationships, identify new sourcing opportunities, and monitor contracts and purchase orders.
• Contribute to cost‑optimization initiatives and prepare regular procurement reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3–5 years of experience in human resources and/or procurement.
• Good command of English and solid knowledge of Turkish labour law.
• Strong organizational, planning, and reporting abilities.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a proactive, detail‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Office applications.
