Human Resources Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Human Resources Specialist to join our innovative team at the head office of a leading Food & Beverage Services company. The role focuses on gathering, analysing and reporting HR data to support strategic decision‑making across all business units.

Key responsibilities

• Collect HR data from all business units and prepare monthly, annual and periodic reports for internal stakeholders, the holding company and external partners.
• Analyse HR metrics such as headcount, recruitment, termination, training and absenteeism, and generate related reports.
• Produce HR analyses and management reports requested by senior management.
• Design global reporting standards, methodologies and calculation rules for HR data sets in collaboration with the manager.
• Ensure accuracy and timeliness of HR data and verify compliance with global reporting standards.
• Coordinate data flow processes and review compliance of data received from domestic and international teams.
• Analyse country‑specific HR reporting needs, prepare comparative insights and present trend, risk and forecast‑oriented analyses to senior management.
• Develop control mechanisms and improvement actions to increase data quality within HR reporting processes.

Required profile

• University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Statistics); master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in HR reporting and KPI processes.
• Strong analytical thinking, detail‑oriented and capable of deriving insights from reporting outputs.
• Advanced written and verbal command of English.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with Power BI or similar business intelligence tools.
