Human Resources Specialist

About the role

Hosfinder is seeking a motivated Human Resources Specialist to support its growing international health tourism operations in Istanbul. The role focuses on recruitment, employee onboarding, and HR administration.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment and selection processes.
• Develop and maintain an effective talent acquisition strategy.
• Coordinate employee onboarding and orientation programs.
• Maintain employee records and support HR administrative operations.
• Assist with performance management and employee engagement initiatives.
• Support the implementation and improvement of HR policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with department managers on workforce planning.
• Contribute to a positive, professional, and high‑performing workplace culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Human Resources (preferred).
• Strong knowledge of recruitment, talent acquisition, and employee relations.
• Familiarity with HR operations, personnel administration, and labor regulations.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
