Hybrid Cloud Presales Architect

About the role

The Hybrid Cloud Presales Architect will work on average two days per week from an HPE office in Istanbul, designing and presenting end‑to‑end solutions that help customers achieve their business outcomes across HPE’s portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Architect and propose hybrid cloud solutions that combine HPE hardware, software, services and third‑party components.
• Develop compelling proposals, demos and proofs‑of‑concept that address customer technical and business requirements.
• Collaborate with sales teams, partners and customers to drive pipeline, up‑selling and cross‑selling opportunities.
• Provide technical expertise during sales presentations, account planning and industry events.
• Track emerging technologies, gather competitive intelligence and contribute to global business unit inputs.

Required profile

• 8–12 years of IT experience with a focus on technical consulting and solution selling.
• First‑level university technical degree; advanced degree preferred.
• Strong communication, storytelling and consultative selling skills in English.
• Ability to work independently, mentor junior team members and influence cross‑functional teams.

Required skills

• Solution architecture and design for hybrid cloud environments.
• Experience creating demos, proofs‑of‑concept and technical presentations.
• Knowledge of HPE product portfolio, as‑a‑service models and ecosystem integration.
• Understanding of enterprise architecture frameworks and financial business cases (TCO/ROI).
