About the role
Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a full‑time Sales Consultant to join its Istanbul store. Reporting to the Store Manager, you will deliver an exceptional customer experience by combining fashion expertise with the brand’s heritage and values.
Key responsibilities
- Suggest outfit looks that reflect current trends and promotions while aligning with Levi’s service standards.
- Promote the Red Tab Loyalty program and drive omni‑channel engagement.
- Resolve customer concerns in line with company policy, ensuring satisfaction.
- Handle cash, merchandise shipments, floor sets, markdowns and replenishment processes.
- Maintain compliance with all store policies, procedures and visual standards.
Required profile
- Fashion‑savvy with a strong interest in current trends.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lb and perform constant standing, walking, kneeling and reaching.
- Reliable transportation and minimum age of 16.
