In-Store Operations Coordinator / Stock Controller

About the role

Tiffany & Co. is seeking an In-Store Operations Coordinator/Stock Controller for its Zorlu Center location in Istanbul. The role supports store operations across administration, inventory control, customer service, and shipping/receiving to ensure a seamless client experience and enable sales teams to perform at their best.

Key responsibilities

• Receive merchandise, prepare transfers, and maintain inventory accuracy, including Carnet and Travel Collections.
• Monitor daily high‑value counts, manage returns reports, and lead cycle counts and yearly physical inventory.
• Coordinate price changes, merges, re‑classifications, and ticket updates.
• Process special orders, back‑orders, and post‑sales client services such as repairs and engravings.
• Assist on the sales floor, process merchandise orders, and support store events and marketing requests.
• Manage store supplies, invoice approvals, daily inventory reports, and cashier functions.
• Liaise with facilities, IT, security, health & safety, and maintain operational support systems.

Required profile

• 2‑3 years of retail store operations experience with a solid understanding of merchandising, client service, administration, and shipping.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including nights and weekends.
