Inbound Sales Development Representative

About the role

Car Studio AI provides an AI platform that transforms raw vehicle photos into showroom‑grade visuals for automotive retailers and OEMs. As an Inbound Sales Development Representative you will be the first point of contact for incoming leads, responding within minutes, managing multiple chat conversations, and qualifying prospects for the sales team.

Key responsibilities

• Answer inbound leads by phone or chat within the target response time.
• Maintain active chat conversations, answer questions and qualify prospects.
• Gather dealership size, monthly vehicle volume and current solutions to segment leads.
• Schedule qualified demos and meetings and hand them over to the sales team.
• Log every interaction in the CRM and report weekly performance metrics.
• Maintain a structured follow‑up pipeline for leads that do not close immediately.
• Optionally conduct outbound outreach to selected accounts during quieter periods.

Required profile

• 1‑3 years of experience in sales, call centre, inside sales or other customer‑facing roles.
• Comfortable making a high volume of calls and managing many chat conversations simultaneously.
• Strong speed discipline – responding to inbound requests within minutes is routine.
• Fluent English for meetings and written communication.
• Willingness to work full‑time on‑site at the Şişli office.

Required skills

• Experience with HubSpot or Salesforce CRM platforms.
• Proficiency using live chat or shared‑inbox tooling.
• Familiarity with AI tools integrated into daily workflow.
