Indirect Material Purchaser (Operational Support)

About the role
Support indirect procurement processes and ensure smooth material flow within Greif's operations in Turkey. The role involves coordinating with internal stakeholders and suppliers to manage purchase orders, shipments, and inventory.
Key responsibilities
- Create business partner records and purchase orders in the system.
- Prepare and issue waybills for shipments according to operational requirements.
- Track inbound and outbound material movements and keep records up‑to‑date.
- Manage warehouse material flow and support operational execution.
- Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
- Support reporting activities related to procurement, inventory, and shipment data.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in operational support or similar roles.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in Turkish and good command of English.
- Proactive, solution‑oriented, and accountable mindset.
- Excellent organizational and attention‑to‑detail skills.
