Indirect Purchasing Assistant – Smart Start (Facility Management)

About the role

Bosch is looking for a motivated university student to join its Indirect Purchasing team in Bursa. As a Smart Start Assistant you will support the Buyer in the procurement of Facility Management services while gaining hands‑on experience in a global technology company.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Category Expert in purchasing Facility Management services.
• Support CO₂ reduction initiatives with suppliers.
• Prepare and follow up on requests for quotations.
• Help create projects, manage tender processes and track progress.
• Contribute to special projects and cost‑saving activities.
• Assist in the preparation and execution of supplier negotiations.
• Help resolve complex problems with permanent measures.
• Coordinate operational tasks with internal customers and business partners.
• Maintain supplier information using digital tools.

Required profile

• 3rd or 4th year Bachelor or Master student in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Relations, Public Relations or related fields.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken).
• Available to work at least three days per week during the academic period.
• Residency in Bursa is mandatory.
• Strong coordination, communication and teamwork abilities.
• Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Detail‑oriented, analytical and solution‑focused.
