Individual Risks Project Development & Implementation Specialist

About the role

The Individual Risks Project Development & Implementation Specialist will support AXA Türkiye in analysing products, managing risk, and driving operational efficiency across new product initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct product analyses and manage end‑to‑end project processes.
• Lead risk management, process optimisation and initiatives to improve service quality.
• Identify, evaluate and monitor new product opportunities in the market.
• Prepare product‑related reports and perform data‑driven analyses.
• Manage system integration, testing and development processes.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure successful product launches.
• Monitor product performance and recommend improvements based on business needs and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Economics, Statistics, Engineering or related fields.
• 2+ years of experience preferred; insurance experience is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal command of English.
• Valid work permit in Turkey.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel for data analysis.
• SQL for data querying.
