Industrial Engineering Specialist

About the role

Join a Fortune Global 500 organization as an Industrial Engineering Specialist, supporting operational efficiency at the package (PKG) level. You will work with talented teams to drive productivity, implement new technologies, and ensure optimal performance across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and monitor productivity targets at the PKG operational level in line with the overall business plan.
• Conduct regular audits to assess compliance with performance, service, measurement, operational plans, and staffing standards, analyzing findings for improvement.
• Develop accurate work measurement systems to enable efficient operational planning and optimal job design.
• Provide methodologies, operational planning, and technical training to relevant teams.
• Support operations in implementing new technologies, procedures, and operational plans to enhance efficiency.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of professional experience or internship background.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial Engineering.
• Advanced proficiency in English with effective presentation skills.
• Strong command of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Access.
• Knowledge of or interest in financial analysis concepts and terminology.
• No travel restrictions and a valid Class B driving license with active driving experience.
• Completed military service for male candidates.
• Strong sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and a results‑oriented mindset.
• Excellent teamwork and interpersonal communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to a dynamic, fast‑paced work environment.
