Influencer Marketing Account Executive

About the role

The Influencer Marketing Account Executive will drive orders and GMV growth by managing high‑touch relationships with core and high‑potential influencers. You will design performance‑based incentive structures, provide data‑driven coaching, and collaborate across teams to maximize campaign impact.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end 1‑on‑1 account management for top‑tier, mid‑tier and emerging influencers, building trust‑based partnerships.
• Analyze sales funnels (CTR, CVR, orders, net GMV) and deliver actionable coaching on content formats, link placement and calls‑to‑action.
• Drive tier progression, reactivate dormant accounts and ensure influencer content is leveraged across Hepsiburada’s site, email and advertising assets.
• Collaborate with Growth, Product, Analytics and Commercial teams to create exclusive offers, brand deals and compliant campaign briefs.
• Monitor daily/weekly performance metrics, manage budget allocation (bonuses, seeding, commissions) and protect overall ROI.

Required profile

• University degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or related field.
• 5–6 years of experience in Influencer Marketing, Affiliate Marketing, Account Management or Brand Partnerships, preferably in e‑commerce or agency settings.
• Strong analytical mindset with proven ability to manage GMV/Order‑driven metrics and campaign ROI.
• Excellent communication, persuasion and relationship‑building skills with creators and external partners.
• High agility and resilience in a fast‑paced, target‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
• Familiarity with CRM systems, tracking platforms and web analytics tools.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
