Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

Our client, a fast‑growing premium beauty brand, is looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to lead its creator‑centric strategy. You will shape and execute influencer campaigns that amplify brand awareness, drive engagement and support business growth across multiple digital platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design and run end‑to‑end influencer marketing campaigns, from strategy and planning to execution and reporting.
• Develop influencer strategies aligned with product launches and overall marketing priorities.
• Identify, evaluate and build long‑term relationships with creators, agencies and talent managers.
• Recommend the most suitable creators for each campaign based on brand fit and audience insights.
• Co‑create authentic collaboration concepts with influencers.
• Negotiate commercial agreements, fees and campaign deliverables.
• Prepare campaign plans, budgets, creator recommendations and performance forecasts.
• Collaborate with Brand Marketing, Social Media, Creative, Content, PR and E‑commerce teams.
• Monitor performance, analyse results and provide recommendations for future initiatives.
• Track emerging creators, platform updates, industry trends and cultural moments to uncover new partnership opportunities.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in influencer, brand or digital marketing.
• Proven track record managing influencer campaigns for beauty, lifestyle, fashion or consumer brands.
• Extensive network within the creator ecosystem and strong relationship‑building skills.
• Deep understanding of Instagram, TikTok, YouTube and emerging social platforms.
• Excellent negotiation, stakeholder‑management and project‑management abilities.
• Advanced written and verbal English communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google Workspace.
• Experience with campaign management and reporting tools.
• Knowledge of influencer performance metrics and analytics.
