Influencer Marketing Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Influencer Marketing Manager to support The Coca‑Cola Company within WPP Media. The role will develop and execute influencer strategies, manage end‑to‑end campaigns and help scale our creator marketing capabilities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and present influencer marketing strategies aligned with business and brand objectives.
• Lead end‑to‑end influencer campaigns, from planning and creator selection to content approvals, publishing and performance tracking.
• Build and scale influencer marketing processes and operating models for efficiency and growth.
• Manage relationships with agencies, creators, technology partners and cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Lead test‑and‑learn initiatives to validate new creator, content, platform and audience approaches.
• Analyze campaign performance, extract insights and provide optimization recommendations.

Required profile

• 4+ years of experience in influencer marketing, digital marketing, media or related fields.
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with ability to translate business challenges into actionable plans.
• Excellent stakeholder management, organization and follow‑up capabilities.
• Proactive, solution‑oriented and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment.

Required skills

• Data‑driven approach with experience in campaign measurement and performance analysis.
• Project management, presentation and negotiation skills.
