Information Technology and Administrative Intern (Turkish Speaking)

About the role

The Information Technology and Administrative Intern will support the Istanbul International Center for Private Sector in Development (ICPSD) by providing ICT assistance, managing digital platforms, and contributing to knowledge management activities. This role offers hands‑on experience in a multicultural UNDP environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in compliance with corporate information management and technology standards.
• Administer SharePoint sites, organize files, manage permissions, and streamline knowledge flow.
• Develop basic PowerApps or digital forms to automate routine tasks.
• Perform routine technical tasks such as backup procedures and inventory updates.
• Curate and archive digital assets, collect knowledge products, and support event communications.
• Maintain website content updates and manage ICPSD’s social media channels.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a degree programme in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Development Studies, International Relations or related field.
• Eligibility to join UNDP internship programme (post‑graduate enrolment, final year of bachelor, or recent graduate within one year).
• Demonstrated interest or experience in ICT support, digital platform administration or information management.
