Integration Manager & Technical Support Specialist

About the role

This hands‑on position focuses on technical support and integration for merchants in a fast‑moving fintech and crypto environment. You will ensure merchants are fully configured, validated, and ready for production launches.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical merchant onboarding by configuring integrations, payment routing, and payment methods across PSP, on/off‑ramp, and card solutions.
• Manage API access, issue API keys, and validate API requests using tools such as Postman.
• Investigate transaction incidents by analyzing JSON payloads, SQL queries, system logs, and monitoring data.
• Use Grafana and other observability tools to trace errors and determine root causes.
• Tri­age technical issues, replicate bugs, and provide clear escalations to Engineering.
• Prepare concise incident reports and maintain accurate documentation throughout troubleshooting.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of L2/L3 technical support experience, preferably in fintech, crypto, or payments.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with the ability to perform root‑cause analysis under time constraints.
• Fluent Russian and upper‑intermediate to advanced English (B2/C1) for communicating with international merchants.
• Proactive, self‑directed, and able to work calmly under pressure.
