Internal Audit & Reporting Analyst

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Audit & Reporting Analyst to join a global manufacturing client. The role focuses on building and maintaining reporting solutions, supporting audit activities and delivering data‑driven insights.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain Power BI dashboards, management reports and analytical tools aligned with business and audit needs.
• Extract, validate and analyse data from SQL and SAP sources to ensure accurate reporting.
• Prepare data analyses, audit reports and documentation for internal audit processes.
• Identify trends, anomalies and risks across business processes through data‑driven analysis.
• Translate audit requirements into structured reports for diverse stakeholder groups.
• Monitor data quality, resolve discrepancies and support internal control and compliance activities.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of KPI frameworks, reporting structures and automation initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in internal audit, reporting, business intelligence or data analytics.
• Proven experience in a manufacturing environment is an asset.
• Strong analytical thinking, problem‑solving and stakeholder management abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
