Internal Audit Senior Manager

About the role

Marsh Türkiye is looking for an Internal Audit Senior Manager to join its Istanbul office. You will work within the third line of defence, providing independent assurance on governance, risk management and internal controls for the group.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute risk‑based internal audits, testing control design and operating effectiveness.
• Deliver the annual risk‑ and regulatory‑based audit plan and ensure compliance with local regulator expectations.
• Communicate audit findings, root causes and remediation actions to senior stakeholders and track timely closure.
• Lead special audit projects, including data‑analytics‑driven reviews, interviews and report preparation.
• Support the risk assessment process, contribute to resource planning, budget oversight and staff development.
• Build strong relationships with business units and other support functions, presenting results to management and the Board.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in law, accounting, finance or a related field.
• Minimum 7 years of audit experience, preferably in the insurance sector.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong communication, presentation and training abilities.
• Self‑motivated, energetic and results‑oriented.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
