Internal Audit Specialist – Finance

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Internal Audit Specialist to join our Internal Audit Team in Istanbul. You will support the company’s governance, risk management and internal control processes across finance and related business areas.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, organize, conduct and report on scheduled audit and risk‑monitoring projects according to the annual audit plan.
• Follow up audit results with relevant stakeholders and ensure timely implementation of corrective actions.
• Control and redesign internal processes to improve efficiency and compliance.
• Monitor the effectiveness of internal control, risk management and corporate governance frameworks.
• Assess whether company resources are used economically and provide value‑added recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree, preferably in Industrial Engineering.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in internal audit or audit consultancy.
• Experience with business‑process or risk‑monitoring audits.
• Good knowledge of International Internal Audit Standards and IT audit processes.
• Fluent English, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and effective communication skills.
• No military service obligation and flexibility to travel as needed.
