Internal Auditor – FMCG & Manufacturing

About the role

Yıldız Holding, a global FMCG group with operations in retail and production, is looking for an Internal Auditor to carry out operational and financial audit engagements across its worldwide subsidiaries.

Key responsibilities

• Perform operational and financial audit engagements in line with the annual audit plan.
• Identify key risks and controls within business processes.
• Review and evaluate the effectiveness of internal controls, governance, and risk management.
• Assess compliance with laws, regulations, company policies, and procedures.
• Report audit findings and develop value‑added recommendations.
• Conduct follow‑up audits to ensure timely implementation of management actions.
• Prepare and organize audit working papers with adequate documentation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Big Four audit firm, internal audit function, or a reputable multinational company.
• Experience in the FMCG sector or complex multi‑country operations is strongly preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, MIS or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, reporting and presentation skills.
• Interest or hands‑on experience in data analytics and technology‑enabled auditing.
• Excellent written and spoken English; additional language skills are a plus.
• Willingness to travel regularly to domestic and international group companies.
• Professional certifications such as CIA, CISA, ACCA, CPA are strongly preferred.
