Internal Auditor

About the role

We are seeking an Internal Auditor to evaluate and improve the control environment across AgeSA, Aksigorta and Medisa. Working under Audit Managers, you will conduct audits, identify risks and recommend actionable improvements.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute process audits, data analysis, testing and reporting for the three companies in line with international standards.
• Assess risk management, control and governance processes and provide value‑added recommendations.
• Prepare and present audit findings to senior management and follow up on action plans.
• Support complex, multi‑location reviews and ad‑hoc audit or investigation projects.

Required profile

• University degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in internal audit, bank audit or Big‑4 consultancy.
• Strong self‑discipline, ability to meet strict deadlines and work independently.
• Excellent written and spoken English and proficient use of MS Office.

Required skills

• SQL (knowledge is a plus).
• Advanced use of Microsoft Office applications.
• Data analysis techniques.
