Internal Communications & Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic professional to lead our employer branding and internal communications efforts at our Izmir facility. You will bridge Marketing and HR, creating compelling content and campaigns that attract talent and engage employees worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Lead employer branding initiatives, creating and managing recruitment campaigns across online and offline channels.
• Develop and execute internal communication strategies, producing content and coordinating activities across global sites.
• Support the B2B marketing team by creating sales tools, newsletters, website updates and visual assets while ensuring brand consistency.
• Manage external agencies, oversee project timelines and maintain editorial calendars.

Required profile

• Minimum 4 years of experience in a comprehensive marketing role.
• Strong command of spoken and written English.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and ability to produce engaging copy.
• Highly organized, able to handle multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
