International Markets Medical Manager

About the role

DEVA, a leading Turkish pharmaceutical company, is looking for an International Markets Medical Manager to support the development and marketing of its products worldwide. The role combines medical expertise with cross‑border communication to ensure scientific accuracy in all commercial activities.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical support for product development and marketing initiatives across international markets.
• Design and deliver internal medical training for the sales force, including the preparation and review of training manuals and visual materials.
• Continuously monitor scientific literature, guidelines, and new data to keep medico‑marketing activities up‑to‑date.

Required profile

• University degree in Medicine, Dentistry, Pharmacy or Veterinary Science.
• Completion of obligatory service as a doctor (required for new medical graduates).
• Preferably at least one year of experience in a medical department.
• Fluent in written and spoken English and proficient in at least one additional language (Russian, German, French, Spanish or Arabic).
• Valid driver’s licence and ability to travel domestically and internationally without restrictions.

Required skills

• Computer literacy with strong knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
