International Patient Coordinator (3 Days, Nov 2026)

About the role

Mydora Health Care is looking for an experienced International Patient Coordinator for a short-term assignment of three days, from November 6 to 10, 2026, in Altunizade, Istanbul. The role suits professionals with excellent communication skills and experience in international healthcare coordination. Turkish citizenship is required; preference is given to candidates living in or near Altunizade.

Key responsibilities

• Manage hospital admission and discharge procedures so that international patients have a smooth, well-organized experience.
• Accompany patients during hospital visits, medical consultations and postoperative care.
• Provide clear, accurate information and personalized support throughout the patient's medical journey.
• Coordinate medical appointments, hospital procedures and postoperative follow-up care.
• Act as the main point of contact between patients, surgeons, hospitals and medical teams.
• Monitor patients' needs and ensure their comfort, satisfaction and well-being.
• Handle patient inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Required profile

• At least 1 year of experience in a similar role, preferably in medical tourism or international patient coordination.
• Turkish citizenship is required.
• Fluent English is mandatory.
• Preference for candidates residing in or near Altunizade, Istanbul.
