International Patient Coordinator & Clinic Interpreter

About the role

We are seeking a highly professional International Patient Coordinator & Clinic Interpreter to support our international patients, primarily from the United States, in Istanbul. The role requires native‑level English proficiency and the ability to communicate fluently with American patients throughout their treatment journey.

Key responsibilities

• Provide professional support to international patients, especially from the USA, from pre‑treatment to post‑treatment phases.
• Communicate fluently in English with patients and offer Turkish‑English interpretation for medical consultations.
• Welcome and accompany patients at the clinic, explaining treatment processes clearly.
• Coordinate communication among patients, doctors, specialists, and the clinic team.
• Handle patient questions and requests in a solution‑oriented manner to ensure a high‑quality experience.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native English proficiency (mandatory).
• Fluent Turkish language skills.
• Professional, confident, presentable, and patient‑oriented personality.
• Strong organizational, problem‑solving, and interpersonal abilities.
• Eligibility: Turkish citizenship only.
