International Patient Operations Specialist

About the role

We are seeking an International Patient Operations Specialist to manage the complete journey of patients traveling to Turkey for medical treatments, from the moment a service is purchased until they return home.

Key responsibilities

• Take over patients from the sales team and coordinate all aspects of their stay in Istanbul, including hotel reservations, transfers, and clinic welcome.
• Facilitate communication between patients, doctors, and medical staff, ensuring consent forms and documentation are completed.
• Monitor payments, organize discharge procedures, schedule follow‑up appointments, and arrange return travel.
• Collect patient satisfaction data, video testimonials, and online reviews, and gather referral information.
• Identify cross‑selling opportunities for additional treatments and manage post‑treatment follow‑up through the CRM system.

Required profile

• Fluent in English, French and Spanish, with active communication ability in all three languages.
• Previous experience in health tourism, hospitals, clinics, or international patient management.
• Strong patient communication, organizational, problem‑solving and crisis‑management skills.
• Willingness to engage in sales and cross‑selling activities while residing in Istanbul.
