International Sales & Business Development Engineer

About the role

We are looking for a senior‑level International Sales & Business Development Engineer to represent our brand in Europe, the Middle East and other global markets. The role combines strong technical expertise with commercial acumen to drive growth and expand our market presence.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and qualify potential projects in target territories and manage the full sales cycle with international clients, contractors and designers.
• Develop specialized engineering solutions and alternative technical proposals to close project‑based sales.
• Coordinate post‑sales activities with field teams to ensure correct product application and installation.
• Analyse competitors and industry trends to shape competitive strategies and position the company ahead of the market.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering.
• 5‑7 years of experience in the industrial, construction or steel sectors, preferably with data‑center projects.
• Excellent command of English; additional language (German, French or Arabic) is a strong asset.
• Willingness to travel internationally without restriction and a valid Class B driver’s license.
• Ready to reside in or relocate to Istanbul (Asian side) or Kocaeli.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Familiarity with RSTAB or SAP2000 structural analysis software.
• Experience managing CRM processes, preferably with Odoo.
