International Sales Coordinator

About the role

Aura Smile Studio is seeking an English‑speaking International Sales Coordinator to join its growing team. You will be the first point of contact for international patients, guiding them through the treatment journey and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to international patient enquiries via phone, WhatsApp and social media.
• Assess each patient’s needs and recommend suitable treatment options.
• Manage leads, follow‑ups and ongoing conversations using the CRM system.
• Maintain accurate, up‑to‑date patient records.
• Prepare and present treatment offers in a clear, professional manner.
• Build trust, handle objections and convert enquiries into bookings.
• Coordinate with clinical and operational teams to ensure correct patient information.
• Achieve individual and team sales targets.
• Produce regular sales and lead performance reports.
• Represent Aura Smile Studio professionally throughout the patient journey.

Required profile

• Excellent spoken and written English.
• Strong communication, persuasion and sales abilities.
• Motivated, target‑oriented and confident.
• Effective follow‑up and relationship‑building skills.
• Comfortable using phone, WhatsApp and social media for communication.
• Previous experience in sales, healthcare or medical tourism is an advantage.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
• Based in Antalya or ready to relocate.
