About the role
Nova Vita Clinic, a health tourism company in Istanbul, is seeking an International Sales Specialist to engage with patients worldwide interested in hair transplant and plastic surgery treatments.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate with international patients via phone, WhatsApp, and video calls to present treatment plans and offers.
- Follow up leads, close sales, and coordinate accommodation, transfers, and related logistics.
Required profile
- 1-3 years experience in hospitality, health tourism, or sales.
- Direct phone sales experience, preferably in health tourism.
- Fluent English with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Passionate, ambitious, sales‑driven and able to handle ambiguity.
Required skills
- Phone sales experience.
- Fluency in English.
