International Sales Specialist

About the role

Smile Hair Clinic is seeking an International Sales Specialist to communicate with potential patients, provide accurate information about hair transplant services, and guide them through the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate with potential patients via phone and written channels.
• Analyze patient needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Manage end‑to‑end follow‑up from initial contact to closing.
• Contribute to individual and team sales targets.
• Complete logs, records, and reports related to calls and sales on time.

Required profile

• Minimum associate degree (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Proven experience in sales or call‑center operations.
• Prior experience in health tourism, hair transplantation, or aesthetics is highly preferred.
• Full professional proficiency in Turkish and at least one additional language (English, French, Arabic, Spanish, or Russian).
• Strong active listening and problem‑solving mindset.
• High motivation for target‑oriented environments and ability to adapt to shift work.
