International Sales Specialist

About the role

Clinichub, an international medical tourism company operating in Istanbul and London, is seeking an International Sales Specialist to manage English‑speaking and other international patients throughout the sales process.

Key responsibilities

• Contact international leads by phone, email and messaging to qualify them as patients.
• Register each stage of the customer cycle in the CRM system and follow up to convert opportunities into sales.
• Provide patients with information on travel, treatment options, procedures and price quotations.
• Arrange online consultations with doctors and collect patient reviews, photos and videos before departure.
• Handle customer complaints, propose solutions and deliver weekly/monthly sales performance reports to management.

Required profile

• University graduate with advanced English; additional languages (French, German, Spanish, Italian, Arabic) are a plus.
• Experience in medical tourism sales or customer service is an asset.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong listening skills and persuasive phone/online communication.
• Energetic, sales‑driven and able to build long‑term relationships with customers.

Required skills

• Proficiency with MS Office applications.
• Experience using a Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
