About the role
The International Visual Operations Manager ensures that all LC Waikiki stores worldwide adhere to visual standards, enhancing brand perception and creating a comfortable shopping environment. This role coordinates between merchandising teams and international visual operations to drive consistent visual storytelling across markets.
Key responsibilities
- Visit stores to verify compliance with visual standards and provide actionable feedback.
- Update and communicate content standards, ensuring alignment between merchandising teams and international visual operations.
- Develop and implement display guidelines that boost customer engagement and brand perception in existing and newly opened overseas stores.
- Support learning and development needs of the visual team to meet internal process goals.
Required profile
- Minimum 5 years of experience in visual merchandising.
- Minimum 5 years of team management experience.
- Fluent English (written and verbal) and residence in Istanbul.
- No travel restrictions and ability to drive.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office programs.
