iOS Developer

About the role

PlusMinusOne is a mobile startup studio building consumer‑focused iOS apps for the US market. We are looking for an iOS Developer to join our hybrid team in Istanbul and help shape the future of mobile with AI‑assisted development.

Key responsibilities

• Develop native iOS applications end‑to‑end, orchestrating AI‑generated code and ensuring final quality.
• Build and maintain internal development toolkits, pipelines, and automation scripts.
• Act as the engineering quality gate, reviewing both human‑ and AI‑written code and hardening architecture.
• Guide non‑engineers in AI‑driven development, turning recurring fixes into reusable tools.
• Participate in technical design, agile product collaboration, and continuous evaluation of new AI models.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of proven native iOS experience with Swift.
• Strong design fundamentals (OOP, design patterns, SOLID) and ability to keep architecture honest with AI in the loop.
• Experience with VIPER, MVVM, Clean Swift and Swift Concurrency.
• Comfortable with both UIKit and SwiftUI, custom UI/animation, and unit testing.
• Fluent Git usage in fast‑moving codebases and third‑party SDK integration.
