IT Administrator – On‑site Support for Kocaeli Plant

About the role

Snop, a division of Groupe FSD, is looking for a proactive IT Administrator to provide on‑site technical support and maintain the IT infrastructure of its Kocaeli/Izmit plant. The role focuses on ensuring systems run efficiently, securely, and in line with Group IT standards.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and monitor infrastructure components such as networks, telephony, systems and workstations.
• Monitor production environment events (PLCs, weighing systems), detect and escalate alarms or alerts.
• Provide first‑line support for user requests, incidents and changes, escalating unresolved issues to Group IT.
• Install, configure and test hardware and software, including desktops, laptops, printers and industrial components.
• Document locally installed infrastructure and propose improvements to settings and processes.

Required profile

• Higher education degree in IT, Computer Programming, Computer Technologies or related field.
• 1‑2 years of technical support experience.
• Good command of English (reading, writing, speaking).
• Willingness to live in Kocaeli (shuttle service available for nearby areas).

Required skills

• Windows operating system.
• Microsoft 365 suite: Outlook, Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive.
• Basic networking knowledge: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, Wi‑Fi.
• Hardware installation and support (desktops, laptops, printers).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Intune or other MDM tools, basic Active Directory.
• Basic SAP knowledge and understanding of internet protocols and security standards.
