About the role
The IT Application Specialist will manage application configuration, support daily operations, and coordinate the development lifecycle with providers for a banking environment.
Key responsibilities
- Implement application configuration and management activities.
- Coordinate the application development lifecycle with providers.
- Support applications and users in daily operations.
- Troubleshoot application problems, manage incidents as first line.
- Manage releases and daily changes for bank applications.
- Organize and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Configure application runtime environment and handle temporary tasks such as data extraction, statistics and reporting.
Required profile
- University degree in Computer Science or Information System Management.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in banking application management.
- Strong analytical, written and verbal communication skills.
- Advanced spoken and written English.
- No military obligation for male candidates.
Required skills
- Familiarity with InterVision platform.
- Good understanding of IT Operations policies, processes and procedures.
