IT Help Desk Specialist

About the role

Jotform, a San Francisco-based SaaS company with more than 35 million users worldwide, is looking for an IT Help Desk Specialist for its Ankara office. The role covers Level 1 support for end users and the maintenance of IT assets and devices.

Key responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 end-user support for macOS and Microsoft Windows
• Keep IT asset inventory and device assignment records accurate and up to date
• Troubleshoot technical issues across macOS, ChromeOS, Windows and Linux, and across applications and hardware (Mac, peripherals)
• Diagnose and troubleshoot network outages and maintain network configuration
• Provide guidance on applications and security practices
• Support the employee technology lifecycle: hardware, software, mobile and peripherals

Required profile

• Previous experience configuring and troubleshooting software and hardware
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Self-motivated, able to take ownership of work and plan and prioritise tasks
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with employees
• Ability to use root cause analysis, calculate risks and pivot quickly
• Willingness to learn new technologies with minimal guidance

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of macOS
• Familiarity with mobile operating systems such as iOS and Android
• Knowledge of SLA and ITIL service management practices
