IT Operations Specialist – Onsite Support

About the role

Maersk is seeking an IT Operations Specialist to provide first‑line support for its Istanbul office and multiple locations across Turkey. You will be the key technical resource ensuring smooth daily operations, handling incidents, and supporting users both remotely and on‑site.

Key responsibilities

• Perform initial troubleshooting, incident resolution, and request handling for hardware, software, and network issues.
• Configure, deploy, and maintain PCs, including BIOS settings, Windows 11, Azure services, and connectivity (LAN, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth).
• Support mobile devices, printers, AV equipment, and other peripherals across office and warehouse environments.
• Provide on‑site assistance when needed and be available for occasional out‑of‑hours support.

Required profile

• Strong sense of urgency with excellent customer‑service mindset.
• Professional communication skills and ability to work independently and with diverse international teams.
• Good organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of prioritising multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Advanced desktop usage, Microsoft Azure, Windows 11, and mobile device management.
• PC setup expertise, BIOS configuration, and connectivity troubleshooting (LAN, Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth).
• Microsoft Office 365 suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Teams, etc.).
• Basic network troubleshooting and AV equipment handling.
