Junior Brand Manager

About the role

Demant is seeking a Junior Brand Manager to join its Marketing and Corporate Communications team, focusing on the Diagnostics Business Unit in Istanbul. This hands‑on role will translate business needs and market insights into effective marketing initiatives, collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing and brand plans aligned with business objectives for the Diagnostics Business Unit.
• Plan and manage product launches, campaigns, meetings and other marketing activities.
• Create and localise marketing and communication materials following global brand and claim guidelines.
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website, social media and digital campaigns, and monitor their performance.
• Organise customer and HCP/KOL meetings, congresses and sponsorships in compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Track market trends, customer needs and competitor actions to generate actionable insights.
• Collaborate with sales, technical service, product specialists and other internal teams to support growth.
• Work with global and local Demant teams, agencies and external partners.
• Assist in marketing budget planning, reporting and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
• 4‑5 years of marketing experience; experience in diagnostics or medical industry is a strong plus.
• Proven experience in brand management, digital marketing, project management and event organisation.
• Strong stakeholder management, organisational and communication skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment and take ownership of tasks.
• Analytical mindset with interest in market and customer insights.
• Eagerness to learn, ambition to grow and a collaborative attitude.
