Junior People & Talent Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a Junior People & Talent Specialist to join Vizio AI’s People team. In this role you will support both talent acquisition and people operations, taking ownership of recruitment processes while helping to streamline onboarding, off‑boarding and other HR workflows.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple functions, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and coordinating with hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate recruitment pipelines, scorecards and documentation.
• Support offer preparation, pre‑onboarding and candidate communication.
• Assist with onboarding and off‑boarding activities, ensuring all People documentation is up‑to‑date.
• Track People‑related tasks and workflows using ClickUp and other internal tools.
• Collaborate with Finance and Operations on administrative tasks such as documentation and invoice coordination.
• Identify and propose improvements or automation for repetitive HR processes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience in recruitment – sourcing, screening, interviewing and working with hiring managers.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote, fast‑moving environment.
• Excellent written communication and stakeholder management.
