Junior Performance Marketing Specialist – No Experience Required

About the role

Enhencer is a SaaS platform helping e‑commerce companies optimise their Facebook and Google advertising returns. We are looking for an enthusiastic junior specialist who wants to start a career in performance marketing, with no prior professional experience required.

Key responsibilities

• Support the setup, monitoring and optimisation of Meta Ads and Google Ads campaigns.
• Measure, report and interpret campaign performance under guidance.
• Assist with campaign budgets and spending.
• Prepare performance reports and identify improvement opportunities.
• Research competitors, industry trends and best practices in digital advertising.

Required profile

• A university degree in a relevant field; recent graduates are welcome.
• Strong interest in digital advertising, e‑commerce and technology.
• Analytical mindset with confidence working with numbers.
• Willingness to learn, receive feedback and take responsibility.
• Good communication, organisation and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Basic familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets.
• Awareness of Meta Ads, Google Ads or Google Analytics (a plus, not required).
