Junior Sales Development Representative – Events & Wellbeing

About the role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Development Representative to join Wellbees Events, a company that designs corporate wellbeing experiences through workshops, team‑building activities and customized events. The role focuses on generating and nurturing sales opportunities for wellbeing‑focused events and requires a proactive, results‑driven mindset.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound and outbound sales activities for corporate wellbeing workshops and events.
• Identify, qualify and follow up on new business opportunities.
• Conduct discovery meetings and present tailored event solutions to potential clients.
• Prepare proposals and coordinate the sales process from lead generation to closing.
• Maintain accurate customer and pipeline records in HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate closely with the Events team to ensure successful client experiences.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience in event sales is a strong advantage.
• Proven ability to manage leads and follow up throughout the sales cycle.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM.
• Based in Istanbul with strong communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Highly organized, proactive and results‑oriented.
