Junior Sales Representative

About the role

The Junior Sales Representative will promote Nutreco's value proposition and services to existing and potential customers, building strong relationships and contributing to commercial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑develop and execute the sales plan for the assigned area, ensuring targets are met.
• Proactively acquire new customers through visits, calls and references.
• Build trust with customers, identify needs and provide effective solutions to increase satisfaction and loyalty.
• Resolve customer complaints in cooperation with Sales and Customer Services.
• Maintain accurate sales administration and record outcomes of sales calls.
• Provide management with quantitative and qualitative sales insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Aquaculture, Fisheries Technology, Biology, Environmental Science or related field (preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the aquaculture industry or strong interest as a new graduate.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build trust‑based relationships.
• Strong interest in aquaculture, fish nutrition and technical sales with a willingness to learn.
• Good command of English.
• Class B driving licence and willingness to travel regularly within Turkey and abroad.
• Male candidates must have completed military service.
• Residence in the Black Sea Region or nearby cities is preferred.
