About the role
Wavin, part of Orbia’s Building & Infrastructure business, is seeking a Quality Control Operator to ensure that produced pipes and fittings meet defined quality standards. The role involves performing measurements, tests, and recording any non‑conformities.
Key responsibilities
- Inspect pipes and connection parts produced on the line for compliance with quality specifications.
- Conduct required measurements and functional tests using appropriate equipment.
- Document any quality deviations and follow up with relevant teams to resolve issues.
- Coordinate with production, quality, and maintenance teams to maintain smooth operations.
Required profile
- Preferably experienced in manufacturing or quality control environments.
- Attention to detail, responsible and able to work in a shift schedule.
- Capable of working collaboratively with production, quality and maintenance teams.
Required skills
- Ability to operate measurement and control equipment.
- Skill in detecting quality non‑conformities and applying solution‑focused approaches.
