Key Account Executive - Discounter Channel

About the role

A company is looking for a Key Account Executive for its Discounter Key Account team. The role covers planning and implementing tailored promotions and programs for customers, monitoring execution standards and coordinating customer plans with regional plans.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement promotions, activities and tailor-made programs specific to each customer
• Control and follow up execution standards through market visits, understand customer needs and priorities and act accordingly
• Plan the annual budget according to customer expectations and the company's profit objectives
• Apply new implementations in line with new trends and shopper behaviour
• Enhance and differentiate the customer's product portfolio by testing suitable products
• Prompt related functions to meet customer and consumer needs for new products and packaging launches
• Use BW, B2B, Nielsen and HTP data to plan recommendations and activities that reach channel KPIs
• Coordinate between customer plans and regions, contribute to process improvement projects and adapt to new trends and shopper behaviour

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or Business Administration & Economics is a plus
• Fluent Turkish and English (speaking and writing) is mandatory
• At least 3 years of experience in sales and the FMCG sector
• No travel restrictions
• Class B driver's licence
