Key Account Executive – Ecommerce

About the role

This position supports the Ecommerce Sales Manager in executing growth initiatives across key online accounts and distributors. It is a hands‑on, analytical role focused on driving sales, market share and operational efficiency in the ecommerce channel.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategies to increase sales revenue and market share on platforms such as Amazon, Trendyol and Hepsiburada.
• Track performance, report progress toward growth targets and refine market‑penetration tactics.
• Lead customer acquisition and retention programs, measuring churn and satisfaction.
• Improve operational efficiency of the sales process and ensure on‑time delivery of projects.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams and maintain clear communication with internal and external partners.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics or a related analytical field.
• Experience in FMCG, power tools or home appliances, preferably with ecommerce platforms (Amazon, Trendyol, Hepsiburada).
• Strong analytical thinking, data interpretation and reporting skills.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a high‑performance culture.

Required skills

• MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
• Amazon platform knowledge (buy‑box, sell‑out).
• Experience with Trendyol and Hepsiburada campaign planning and execution.
