Key Account Executive, Organized Trade

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Key Account Executive to join our Organized Trade team in Ankara. You will drive growth by developing tailored promotions, managing budgets, and aligning our product portfolio with customer needs.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and implement customer‑specific promotions, activities and programs.
• Monitor execution standards through market visits and act on customer priorities.
• Develop annual budgets that meet customer expectations and company profit targets.
• Introduce new initiatives based on emerging shopper trends.
• Enhance the customer product portfolio through appropriate product trials.
• Coordinate new product and packaging launches with cross‑functional teams.
• Use BW, B2B, Nielsen and HTP data to design recommendations that achieve channel KPIs.
• Align customer plans with regional strategies.
• Participate in process‑improvement projects.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or Economics (preferred).
• Fluent in Turkish and English, both spoken and written.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in sales within the FMCG sector.
• No travel restrictions.
• Valid Class B driver’s license.
